Corpinnat is a collective mark of the European Union that was established with the aim of distinguishing great sparkling wines made in the heart of Penedès (Spain) from 100% organic grapes that are hand-harvested and fully vinified on the winery's premises. Corpinnat stands out from standard cava, with products that are qualitatively equivalent, or even better, to Champagne
